To all interested in Northeast Ohio's Business Continuity Planning Conference:
We appreciate your interest in the annual conference originally scheduled for Sept. 30. The BCP Conference Planning Committee made the difficult decision Sept. 15 to reschedule the event for next spring.
Our goal it to maximize business continuity education in Northeast Ohio and we have found that even after extending discounts, too many potential participants could not find the money in their 2009 budgets to participate and/or had a conflict with the date. Thus, by rescheduling for spring 2010 and as the economy improves, we expect more people to be able to plan ahead and participate in the spring (and thus spreading the business continuity word further.)
We expect to have the spring date scheduled within the month and will post here, at www.bepinstitute.com and announce in our free monthly e-newsletter.

Our next scheduled event is 8:30-9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 7 – “What’s Business Continuity?”
This is an introductory, 60-minute session that we host at Corporate College East. It’s for people in businesses that are just starting to think business continuity, need reasons to plan and have questions about how to start. If you mention you saw it here, we’ll waive the $15 registration fee.
